Frequently asked questions.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are out of network with all insurances and do not accept any insurance directly. However, if you’d like to submit for reimbursement, we will gladly provide you with a superbill containing all the necessary details.
One of the challenges we face when working with insurance is that it can limit the care we’re able to provide. Insurance companies often dictate which treatments are covered based on generic codes and standardized benefits—not on what you, as an individual, truly need.
By not accepting insurance, we’re able to offer the best treatments for your unique needs—not just what your plan allows. This also allows us to spend 100% of our time focused on your goals and providing the care that will benefit you most.
We collect payment during your visit via cash, credit cards, checks, and health accounts.
Don’t let out-of-network stop you from receiving the treatment you deserve.
Why should I book a discovery call?
At TriCore, we prioritize understanding your unique needs and concerns through a discovery call. This initial conversation allows us to delve into your reasons for pursuing physical therapy, discuss your specific complaints, and explain our process.
During the call, we will clarify any questions you may have about what to expect during your initial evaluation, as well as the range of treatments we offer. By addressing these details upfront, we aim to ease any anxiety you might have about the process. Our goal is to ensure that you feel confident in your decision and that we ensure we are the right fit for your recovery journey.
What happens at a Initial Evaluation?
At TriCore Physical Therapy and Wellness, our initial evaluation includes a detailed assessment to identify your needs and goals. We ask specific questions about your issues and any related limitations. This helps us understand your condition. The evaluation usually covers a Posture Assessment, Range of Motion Assessment, Strength Assessment, Functional Movement Assessment and additional assessments
may be conducted based on specific concerns to form a comprehensive understanding of your problem, enabling a tailored plan.
This thorough process allows us to create a personalized treatment plan for your recovery and to meet your goals.
Do you perform an internal Exam for Pelvic floor?
An internal vaginal or rectal assessment will only be performed after written and verbal consent to check for muscle strength, tone and coordination. We can do this at the 1st session, a future session or not at all as per your wish.
